It's a haven for the things they've forgotten to comprehend. Creatures like T-chan and other animals they've killed into extinction, or killed by destroying their habitats.
None of them have the right to board it yet. Not until they've atoned for that. Until they remember they are supposed to be the protectors of animals.
Because they're destroying the planet. Don't act like you don't know this is true. Humans take, and take, and take. They cut down forests, steal resources from the earth, pollute the air and the sea, and they give nothing back.
