There have been people who come in and leave again. Most of the time, if they truly are looking for a pet, they return. Many have returned a pet, either by choice or by breaking the contract they sign.
Guidelines on how best to care for them, of course. We have stipulations for each pet as each pet has different needs, and we go over them with the customer before the purchase. They have to understand if they break any of the guidelines of ownership, the pet shop is not responsible for what happens.

You are aware of how difficult it is to care for one, so I don't think this instance applies to you. The people who fail at taking care of their pet are usually always the ones who are the most confident.

Yes. Sometimes, they learn to change, and they want that pet back after getting the new one. Sometimes, they do not think that pet is right for them, and I won't force the animal to suffer. So we find them another.
